Al “Stankie” Stankiewicz is a top boxing coach who gets in the ring with some of the best MMA fighters in the world to train them. He's on the current season of The Ultimate Fighter and if you have the chance to see him, you can tell he loves every second of his job. (I doubt he even calls it a job!)
He lives by this motto:

Oh yeah, Stankie is 67 years old. Amazing. When I'm 67 I hope I'm as optimistic, as happy, and as crazy as Stankie.
